PLEASE NOTE:
- All bookings submitted online will be confirmed by us by email or phone call and you should not assume that the booking is completed until this confirmation is received – A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required at the time of booking except for our peak times when £75 will be required (Easter, June, July and August) and £100 will be required (December – Christmas and New Year).
- You will also need to upload an image of your pets up to date vaccination card showing all vaccinations and details when you complete the booking form.
- Deposits can be paid by bank transfer, cash, or by credit/debit card by phone once booking is checked and confirmed.
- No online bookings are accepted during peak periods if less than 24 hours notice is given.
- No Refunds or Credits will be given for early collection of pets
- We offer collection and delivery of your pets , please enquire for price.
